We’ve been serving up delicious grilled cheeses and putting smiles on faces at events since 2018! Since then we’ve had the privilege of catering over 250 weddings, across New England. We have also had the pleasure of helping over 100 companies show their appreciation for their team in a language that is understood by all; delicious grilled cheese sandwiches. We take pride in being remarkably easy to work with and make it our mission to provide a fun and relaxed dining experience for you and your guests.

The Classics 

Our “Classics” style catering brings the full food truck experience to you and your guests. You order directly from our menu and we make your sandwich to order. This style is great for groups looking for mealtime service, and it allows your guests to engage with our team and have the complete Cheese Louise experience.

Grilled Cheese Platters

This catering package allows you and your guests to hang out while we serve up a mix of freshly grilled, bite-sized sandwiches all night long. No need to wait in line or settle for just one of our sandwiches when you can try as many sandwiches as you want throughout the night!

Give your guests a more rounded meal with our tasty sides! Guests love our homemade guacamole and chips, garden salad, and even pickles. But of course, there is no better combination than our homemade tomato soup and grilled cheeses.

Our original location on the Conway side of the Kancamagus highway. Featuring our full menu, family friendly outdoor seating.
