We’ve been serving up delicious grilled cheeses and putting smiles on faces at events since 2018! Since then we’ve had the privilege of catering over 250 weddings, across New England. We have also had the pleasure of helping over 100 companies show their appreciation for their team in a language that is understood by all; delicious grilled cheese sandwiches. We take pride in being remarkably easy to work with and make it our mission to provide a fun and relaxed dining experience for you and your guests.
The Classic Grilled Cheeses
Our “Classics” style catering brings the full food truck experience to you and your guests. You order directly from our menu and we make your sandwich to order. This style is great for groups looking for mealtime service, and it allows your guests to engage with our team and have the complete Cheese Louise experience.
Cheese Louise Charcuterie
Wow your guests with a Cheese Louise Charcuterie board! Our charcuterie boards combine a selection of hard and soft cheeses, fruits and veggies, and cured meats and are served with crackers and and bread.
